Description:
The subject of the contract is the acquisition of a service in which the applicant will undertake to maintain, store and ensure the availability of oil supplies owned by the applicant within the meaning of § 8 par. 2 of Act 218/2013 Coll. about emergencyOil and petroleum products and on the solution of oil emergency and on amendments to certain acts (hereinafter referred to as the "Emergency Stock Act") in the specified quantity, as well as in the specified qualitative and quantitative parameters and comply with other requirements and obligations provided for providedAgreement on the storage and protection of emergency stocks and the relevant technical and/or generally binding legal regulations (in particular the Emergency Inventory Act). The subject of the contract is the storage and protection of emergency oil stocks within the meaning of § 2 (a). e) of the Emergency Stock Act owned by the applicantAccording to § 8 par. 2 of the Emergency Stock Act in the following volume: 18 248 tons of net (without ballast) and in the following specification: oil - Rebco (Russian Export Blend Crude Oil) or other type of oil that will be processable in the Slovak refinery.The agency may be mixed with the stocks of another destination.Agen...
