Description:
The aim of the announced public procurement is to select recognized storage of emergency supply of oil products - diesel and automotive gasoline, the storage, protection and availability of the agency will be provided by the winning bidder whose offer for the storage of the relevantThe oil product will be adopted by the agency. The recognized storage room will be stored in the form of so -called. Ticketing, according to § 8 par. 2 of Act no. 218/2013 Coll. on emergency supply of oil and oil products and on addressing the state of oil emergency and on amendments and supplements to certain acts (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 218/2013Z.Z. "), ie emergency supplies will be owned by a recognized storage room (successful applicant) who will provide the service of storage and protection of oil products and concludes with the Agency's Storage and Protection Agency of Emergency Stocks, which contains the entrepreneur's obligation to release emergency stocks incompliance with the government decision pursuant to § 14 par. 6 or para. 7 of Act no. 218/2013 Coll.Diesel in the volume of 5 208 m3, and storage of automotive gasoline in the amount of 5 208 m3.
