• Description:
• The aim of the announced public procurement is the selection of recognized warehouses of emergency stocks of petroleum products - automobile gasoline and gas oil/diesel (in the specification according to point 3.4.12 or 3.4.17 of Annex A to the regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EC) no. 1099/2008 of 22 October 2008 on energy statistics (OJ L 304, 14.11.2008) as amended), the storage, protection and availability of which will be provided for the Agency by the winning bidders whose bid for storage of the relevant oil product will be accepted by the Agency. Recognized storekeepers will store emergency supplies in the form of so-called ticketing, according to § 8 par. 2 of Act no. 218/2013 Coll. on emergency stocks of oil and oil products and on the resolution of the oil emergency and on the amendment of a amendments to certain laws (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 218/2013 Coll."), i.e. emergency stocks will be owned by a recognized storekeeper (successful applicant), who will provide the service of storage and protection of petroleum products and will conclude a contract with the Agency for storage and protection of emergency stocks, which contains the entrepreneur's obligation to release emergency stocks in accordance with the government's decision according to § 14 par. 6 or par. 7 of Act no. 218/2013 Coll.
