• Self-propelled drilling rig with accessories Description: When implementing this contract, the public procurer proceeded in accordance with § 66 par. 7 of Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment and addition of some laws (hereinafter referred to as "the law on public procurement public procurement"). The public procurement officer decided to cancel the aforementioned public procurement in accordance with 57 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Public Procurement Act, as not a single offer was delivered to him within the deadline for submitting bids. In the event that the public procurement officer re-announces public procurement for the same subject of the order, i.e. the purchase of a self-propelled drilling rig will proceed in accordance with the law on public procurement, including the principles of public procurement.
