• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the delivery of the goods, namely a truck for the collection of biodegradable municipal waste, a truck of the N2 -folder and tractor mower, more specified in Annex no. 3a - 3c of these tender documents (hereinafter referred to as "SP") - Specification of the subject of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in Part C. of these SP.
  The subject of the contract is divided into five (5) separate parts.
  Part of the subject of the order 1 - Freight motor vehicle for the BRKO
  Part of the subject of the order 2 - Freight motor vehicle N2 Tiller
  Part of the subject orders 3 - tractor mower
  Part of the subject of order 4 - containers
  Part of the subject of the order 5 - Waste Registration
  Due to the fact that the estimated value of the part of the subject of the contract 4 and the part of the subject of the contract 5 is less than EUR 80 000.00 and at the same time the value of these parts does not exceed 20 % (part 4 - 11.83 %and part 5 - 2.80 %, total 14.63 %) of the total expected value of all parts, the contracting authority in accordance with the provision of § 6 par. 5 SPA part of the subject of the contract 4 and the part of the subject of the contract 5 shall be entered by the procedure of below -the -limit contracts pursuant to the provisions of § 108 par. 2
  A detailed description of the subject of the contract Individual parts entered within the above -limit procedure (part of the subject of the contract 1, 2 and 3) are stated in Part C. of these SP.
