• Sereď - reconstruction of buildings no. 85 and 107 - PD Description: The subject of the investment action is the preparation and submission of project documentation in the scope of the construction project up to the stage of the implementation project for the construction of the building (hereinafter referred to as "project documentation") in the scope attachments no. 3 of the UNIKA Schedule for proposing bid prices for project works and engineering activities in the valid version at the time of its processing (hereinafter referred to as the "UNIKA Schedule") and in the scope of Annex no. 18 Decrees of the Office for Spatial Planning and Construction of the Slovak Republic no. 60/2025 Coll. on the structure and operation of the spatial planning and construction information system, on the content of the submission and the content and scope of the construction documentation (hereinafter referred to as "Proclamation No. 60/2025 Coll.") for the reconstruction of buildings no. 85 and 107.
