Service Agreement for Passenger Passenger Name Record (IS PNR). Description: The subject of the order is the technical support and maintenance of the information system of personal records of the passengers - Passenger Name Record (hereinafter referred to as the "IS PNR") in the resort of the Ministry of the Ministry of the Slovak Republic,which consists of two mutually related activities, namely the support and maintenance of IS PNR, which includes ensuring guaranteed functionality, reliability and availability of IS PNR so that the requirements of the availability of services and quickly eliminate the elimination of any problems without negative impact onOperation of IS PNR and from another possible adjustment, which includes modernization and/or enlargement of functionality that can be incurred by future legislative changes, workflow changes or interface adjustments for external systemes with which the information system integrates or can integrate, in SUDEEWith the birth concept of informatisation of public administration and other related documents, which was adopted by the Vlad of the Slovak Republic. 1 Act no. 215/2004 Coll. on the protection of classified facts and on the change and complement of some of the ends in the wordlate regulations, that the cookingman has a record of a valid industrial security certificate at least for the degree of confidentiality reserved with the type of access according to § 1 par. 1 pism. a) and b), §1 par. 2 Decree of the National Safety Office no. 301/2013 Coll. on industrial securityand the security project of an entrepreneur or equivalent to the entrepreneur's industrial security certificate issued by a repaired foreign status proving the fulfillment of the conditions for the required type of entrepreneur's approach to secret facts.a valid industrial security certificate with the desired degree of confidentiality and the type of access to secret facts,- by submitting the equivalent of the industrial certificateSecurity ....
