Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of service services, tire service services and management of online custom, communication, registration and information system for awarding and registering orders for business motor vehicles of the Center of Labor, Social Affairs and Family according to Annex no. 3 Framework Agreement on providing service (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement") and its Annex no. 1 - Services specification. The draft framework agreement is part of the tender documents. If a link to a particular brand, manufacturer, or product or product type was used in the description of the subject of the order - these were used exclusively for illustration, if it was not possible to describe the subject of the contract in accordance with the PPE and the usual commercial practice in accordance with the same or similar objects of the order.
If a particular brand or manufacturer is used in the order description of the subject of the contract also equivalent or better performance (solution) in accordance with the provision of § 42 par. 3 ZA. In this case, the provision of the service is considered to be equivalent, with technical parameters or properties qualitatively the same or higher than the required service. If the applicant offers equivalent Product (solution), the contracting authority requires that the applicant in his offer to provide evidence of the equivalence of the product proposed by him.
