1. The execution of the order is construction work to eliminate the shortcomings of the current state of the kindergarten of Medzilaborecka 4, Bratislava, which are reflected in the high energy intensity to ensure optimal internal environmental conditions according to the project documentation and within the extent of the report an area.

2. The main reason for the reconstruction of the roof cladding consisting of several parts with a total area of 991.82 m2 (part A - 311.04 m2, part B - 311.04 m2, part C - 211.21 m2, Part D - 148.63 m2) is Reduction of the energy demands of the kindergarten building and the implementation of green extensive insulated roof roof construction with the design of the roof drainage system in accordance with Act No. 555/2002 Coll. on the energy efficiency of buildings and on amendments to certain acts.
