• Description:
• 1. The subject of the contract is construction work to eliminate the shortcomings of the current condition of the floor of two terraces (terrace A, B), which form the entrance to the building of the Bratislava-Ružinov Local Authority. The main part of terrace repair is: 1.1 replacement of two exterior ones entrance stairs accessible from the sidewalk ul. Mierová, namely one staircase before the entrance to the building and a staircase leading from the parking lot under the terraces - terraces A, B, 1.2 reconstruction of the exterior ramp accessible from ul. Mierová leading to terrace B and ramps situated on terrace B before the entrance to the building. The subject of the contract is also construction work for the implementation of a significant renovation of the building of the Bratislava-Ružinov Local Authority and the implementation of water retention measures. The building of the Bratislava-Ružinov Local Authority consists of of five blocks A-E, which are dilated among themselves: A- administration (technical floor + two administrative floors), B- connecting corridor (technical floor + one operational floor), C- administration (technical floor + five administrative floor), D - connecting corridor (technical floor + one operating floor), E- large meeting hall (technical floor + one operating floor), The main construction works on the premises of the Bratislava-Ružinov Local Authority consist of: 1.3 insulation perimeter construction (facade) of the building, 1.4 insulation of the roof covering of the building, 1.5 implementation of a photovoltaic power plant with an output of 99 kW on the roofs of blocks A, C, 1.6 implementation of extensive vegetation roofs on blocks B, D, 1...
