• Significant restoration and solution of waterproofing measures of the MS Haburska 4 building, Bratislava Description: The subject of the order is construction work to eliminate the shortcomings of the current state of the building of Materská skoly Haburska 4, Bratislava, which manifests itself in a large energy requirements for ensuring optimal conditions of the internal environment according to the project documentation and in the scope of the measurement report. Structure of the building: SO 01 Building MS Haburska 4SO 02 Lightning conductor SO 03 Rainwater drainage The main reason for the reconstruction of the stress plastic consisting of several parts with a total area of ​​984.90 m2 (part A - 311.05 m2, part B - 311.05 m2, part C - 214.15 m2, part D - 148.65 m2) is the reduction of the energy demand of the kindergarten building and the realization of a green extensive insulated stress construction of a flat roof with a stress drainage system design in accordance with Act No. 555/2002 Coll. on the energy efficiency of buildings and on the amendment of some laws. A comprehensive reconstruction of the stress plastic will be carried out waterproofing layer around chimneys, solutions for ventilation pipes, lightning rods and details of individual structures connected to the waterproofing system.
