Scotta Viator Campus Ruzomberok (project documentation) Description: The subject of public procurement is the procurement of a general designer (Construction Act 25/2025 Coll., §35 paragraph 3) and 4)) for the development of project documentation for the construction plan, construction project, implementation project and relevant engineering for the individual stages of the project documentation for the contract "Joined School and School of Arts and Crafts, ul. Scotta Viator Campus Ruzomberok (project documentation)". The project's documentation will deal with the territory that will serve as the Ruzomberok Campus. It houses the joint building of the Middle School of the Art Industry (Ulica Scota Viatora No. 6) and the Joint School (Ulica Scota Viatora 8), the building of the Business Academy, the building at plot no. 2062, then the object of the gymnasium, transformer station and exchange station UK. The land is flat, located in the built-up area of ​​the city of Ruzomberok. The goal is to improve energy efficiency, sustainability and the overall quality of the environment in the school area through modern technologies, renewable energy sources and infrastructure modernization. The modernization of the area is necessary due to the planned use of the area as the Ruzomberok CAMPUS, which will create a common space for several schools. This one the new usage regime requires the adaptation of school facilities and infrastructure so that they can adequately meet the needs of all schools, their employees and students.
