• Sliač - new construction of a warehouse and filling of hydrazine - PD + R The subject of the contract is the preparation and submission of project documentation at the implementation project stage (hereinafter referred to as "project documentation") according to the Price List for proposing bid prices for project works and engineering activities of UNIKA as amended and to the extent of Annex no. 18 Decrees of the Office for Spatial Planning and Construction of the Slovak Republic no. 60/2025 Coll. on the structure and operation of the spatial planning and construction information system, on the content of submissions and content and scope construction documentation (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 60/2025 Coll.") for construction. The subject of the order will be the delivery of project documentation also in 3D model. Part of the subject of the contract is also the project supervision of the designer and the execution of construction works on investment action on plot no. 726/120, LV no. 3, k. u. Road. The land is settled under property law in the ownership of the Slovak Republic and under the administration of the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic.
