Description:
The subject of the investment event is the preparation and handover of the project documentation in the grade project for the construction of the construction (hereinafter referred to as the “project documentation”) in the scope of Annex no. 3 of the Tariff for the design of supply prices of project works and UNIKA engineering activities, as amended at the time of its processing (hereinafter referred to as the “UNIKA Target”) and in the scope of Annex no. 18 Decree of the Office for Spatial Planning and Construction of the Slovak Republic no. 60/2025 Coll. on the structure and operation of the information system of zoning planning and construction, on the content of the submission and content and extent of the construction documentation (hereinafter referred to as “Decree No. 60/2025 Coll.”) for the construction of a building on plot no. 732/1 letter of ownership no. 3, k. Ú. Sielnica. The land is settled in the ownership of the Slovak Republic and in the administration of the MoD SR. The project documentation is addressed by the new building, which, based on the requirements of the air supplier, will provide a background for the operation of the F-16 simulator with a permanent operator of about 15-20 persons with the necessary technical equipment and material security according to the specification and delivery of the manufacturer of the device.
