• Bystrany arrangement of legal relations to land in the extended settlement of MRK (HAP2) Description: The subject of the contract is to ensure the continuation and direct connection to the ongoing project HAP1, which is aimed at the arrangement of ownership and user relations to land in the location of the marginalized Roma community (MRK) in the village of Bystrany. HAP2 extends the implemented activities to a new territory and aims to strengthen the spatial integration between the settlement of MRK and the central territory of the municipality. JPU are focused on arrangement of ownership and user relations to land under settlements, in accordance with Act no. 330/1991 Coll. on land management. The purpose of the JPU project is to support the organization of legal relations to land in the settlement of MRK. Specifically, the goal projects Creating assumptions on improvement of the hygienic and social living conditions of the residents of MRK.
