• Sorted collection of municipal waste in the city of Tvrdosin Motor vehicle for the collection of BRKO, motor vehicle N2 folding machine and containers Description: The subject of the order is the delivery of goods, specifically a motor vehicle for the collection of biodegradable municipal waste serving as a multifunctional carrier for the removal of waste, cargo motor vehicle category N2 folding machine and containers of various types specified in Annex no. 3a 3c of the tender documents (hereinafter referred to as "SP") Specification of the subject of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in section C. SP. The subject of the order is divided into four (4) separate parts.Part of the subject of the contract 1 Lorry motor vehicle for collection BRKOČPart of the subject of the contract 2 Lorry motor vehicle N2 sklapačPart of the subject of the contract 3 ContainersPart of the subject of the contract 4 Waste records Due to the fact that the estimated value of part of the subject of the contract 4 is lower than EUR 80,000.00 and at the same time the value of this part does not exceed 20% (9.22%) of the total estimated value of all parts, the public procurer in accordance with the provisions of § 6 par. 5 ZVO, part of the subject of the order 4 shall be entered by the sub-limit order procedure according to the provisions of § 108 par. 2 ZVO.
