Description:
The subject of the contract is the delivery of the goods, namely the truck for the collection of biodegradable municipal waste serving as a multifunctional carrier for waste removal, small tractor, mulch mower, siding and container carrier more specified in Annex no. 3a and 3b of competitive documents (hereinafter referred to as "SP") - specification of the subject of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in section C. Sp.
The subject of the contract is divided into four (4) separate parts.
Part of the subject of the order 1 - Freight motor vehicle for the BRKO
Part of the subject of the order 2 - Small tractor and accessories
Part Subject of contract 3 - Waste Registration
Part of the subject of order 4 - containers
Due to the fact that the estimated value of the part of the subject of the contract 3 and the part of the subject of the contract 4 is less than EUR 80 000.00 and at the same time the value of these parts will not exceed 20 % (part 3-10.09 % and part 4 - 7.81 %, total 17.90 %) of the total estimated value of all parts, the contracting authority in accordance with the provision of § 6 par. 5 SPA part of the subject of the contract 3 and 4 shall be entered by the procedure of below -the -limit contracts pursuant to the provisions of § 108 par. 2
Detailed description of the subject of the contract of individual parts entered within the above -limit procedure (part of the subject of prohibition 1 and 2) is stated in Part C. Sp.
