- Sorted collection of municipal waste in the village of Kanianka Motor vehicle for the collection of BRKO and a small tractor Description: The subject of the contract is the delivery of goods, namely a motor vehicle for the collection of biodegradable municipal waste serving as multifunctional carrier for the removal of waste, a small tractor, a mulching mower, a siding and a carrier for containers specified in Annex no. 3a and 3b of the tender documents (hereinafter referred to as "SP") Specification of the subject of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in the section C. SP. The subject of the order is divided into four (4) separate parts. Part of the subject of the order 1 Truck motor vehicle for pickup BRKOΔPart of the subject of the order 2 Small tractor and accessoriesPart of the subject of the order 3 Waste recordsPart of the subject of the order 4 Containers Due to the fact that the estimated value of part of the subject of contract 3 and part of the subject of contract 4 is lower than EUR 80,000.00 and at the same time the value of these parts does not exceed 20% (part 3 10.09% and part 4 7.81%, together 17.90%) of the total estimated values ββof all parts, the public procurer in accordance with the provisions of Β§ 6 par. 5 ZVO part of the subject of orders 3 and 4 shall be entered by the procedure of sub-limit orders according to the provisions of Β§ 108 par. 2 ZVO.
