Description:
"SOS Fiľakovo reconstruction of buildings, reduction of energy demand" Description: The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works: SOS Fiľakovo - reconstruction of buildings, reduction of energy demand on the building of a school and a gymnasium. The restoration of the building includes insulation of the facade and roofs, replacement of some openings and related works. The subject of the contract is specified in detail in the project documentation (Annex No. 4 of the tender documents). The public procurement in question takes into account the requirements of a socially responsible public procurement:• The social aspect is taken into account in the framework of supplier-customer relations (the contractor's obligation to set up a transparent account and pay his obligations to subcontractors from it), while it is detailed in point 23 of part A of these tenders documents (hereinafter also "SP").• The green aspect is related to the recovery and recycling of waste, which is specified in more detail in the Contract for the work, specifically in point no. 25 Art. VII. Conditions of execution of the work. Construction works are defined in detail in the project documentation with with the findings of the documentation for the realization of the building named: SOS Fiľakovo reconstruction of buildings, reduction of energy demand made by the designer Ing.
