According to § 66 par. 7 letters b) ZVO decided that the evaluation of the offers in terms of meeting the requirements for the subject of the contract and the evaluation of the fulfillment of the conditions of participation will take place after the evaluation of the offers based on the criteria for evaluating the offers determined in the announcement of the announcement of the public procurement and based on the rules for their application determined in section A.3 "criteria for evaluating bids and rules for their application" of the tender documents (so-called super-reverse).
Special car N3G - backhoe loader
The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement (the entire period of validity and effectiveness of the framework agreement - 48 months) determining the conditions for placing orders for the purchase and delivery of 35 special cars intended for the needs of the Slovak Armed Forces. According to the technical specification and detailed definition of the subject of the order, it is a universal self-propelled work machine intended for precise finishing earthworks during the final modifications of buildings with the surrounding terrain and the possibility of using it for excavation and other earthworks (digging of basic trenches, channels, construction and maintenance of utility networks). Part of the subject of the contract is the comprehensive provision of services connected with the delivery of goods, including transportation to the place of delivery and to carry out training of drivers/engineers, driver/engineer instructors and workshop specialist instructors.
