- The purpose of preparatory market consultations:
The purpose of the PTK is to verify the feasibility and set the adequacy of the requirements for the fulfillment of the subject of the PTK, including the determination of the deadline for the fulfillment of the contract with relevant economic entities.
Participation in the PTK is voluntary and the contacted interested party can freely decide,whether he will/will not use the opportunity to participate in PTK. An interested party who participates in PTK must be aware of the legal regulation of PTK, in particular the consequences resulting from the participation of an economic entity in PTK with regard to § 25 and § 40 par. 7 ZVO.
The subject of the contract is the provision of expert services of IT specialistsnecessary for the implementation of activities related to the development, testing and deployment of functionalities for designing, filling out and visualizing the form solution (hereinafter referred to as the "form solution"), which the public procurement entity implements as part of the project "Increasing the utility value of digital serviceseb for citizens, entrepreneurs and public administration institutions" (hereinafter only "mUPVS") as components for the provision of electronic services within the new portal solution slovensko.sk and the personal zone of the citizen moje.slovensko.sk.
