The subject of the order, "Services of standard support and maintenance of software components ensuring the operation of IT systems of the public contracting authority in the field of service management, security management, infrastructure management, API management and integration components", ensuring the provision of post-warranty authorized service, technical support services, maintenance and operational activities for software components ensuring the operation of IT systems of the public contracting authority in the field of Service management, Security management, Infrastructure management, API management and integration components of operated systems of the public contracting authority.
The required length of service provision is 36 months.
The public contracting authority provides IT operation support through several SW applications from the SW manufacturer, Broadcom/CA Technologies.
To ensure their trouble-free operation, it is necessary to procure services support and maintenance, through which a high level of IT operation systems, their reliability and also up-to-dateness will be ensured. The goal is to achieve higher reliability, security and quality of the implemented SW applications of the SW manufacturer Broadcom/CA Technologies, as well as a permanent increase in the efficiency of investments inserted into the applications in question.
