Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of a new, unused device, robotically assisted for rehabilitation of fingers/hands and lower limbs for the physiotherapeutic and rehabilitation department of the Children's University Hospital in Košice for pediatric patients, including transport to the destination, installation, stating in operation, testing of the functionality and operation of the supplied equipment, operating instructions in Slovak/Czech language, complete user documentation in the Slovak/Czech language, necessary service technical documentation, training of the buyer employees for the operator and ensuring the warranty service, including compulsory preventive examinations and inspections, which are laid down by law and manufacturer for the facilities offered.
The subject of the contract must be in perfect condition and must correspond to all applicable legislation in the territory of the Slovak Republic.
