Statutory audit of the consolidated financial statements of selected accounting units of public administration and statutory audit of the consolidated financial statements of the central administration compiled for the years 2025, 2026 and 2027 Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of audit services in the following scope: verification (audit) of the consolidated financial statements of selected accounting units of public administration (chapters of the state budget) compiled for the years 2025, 2026, 2027, verification (audit) of the consolidated financial statements of the central of the report compiled for the years 2025, 2026, 2027 and verification of the compliance of the consolidated annual reports of the state budget chapters prepared for the years 2025, 2026, 2027 with the consolidated financial statements of the state budget chapters compiled for the years 2025, 2026, 2027 statutory auditor (hereinafter referred to as the "auditor"). Act no. 431/2002 Coll. on accounting as amended by later regulations (further only the "Accounting Act"). The statutory audit (hereinafter referred to as "audit") will be performed in accordance with Act No. 423/2015 Coll. on the statutory audit and on the amendment of Act no. 431/2002 Coll. on accounting as amended by later regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 423/2015 Coll."), i.e. in accordance with international auditing standards, and in the event that the audited accounting unit is a subject of public interest in accordance with § 2 paragraph 16 of Act No. 423/2015 Coll., also in accordance with the regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) no. 537/2014 of April 16, 2014 on special requirements regarding the statutory audit of public interest entities and the repeal of Commission Decision 2005/909/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "EU Regulation").
