• STEAM BOILER FNSP Description: The subject of the work is the solution to the installation of one new three-pass flame tube steam boiler with accessories, output approx. 4000 kg/h (the exact output value will be determined when drawing up the DRS, with regard to optimization operating parameters during summer and winter operation), with an integrated stainless economizer in the space of the current gas steam boiler plant of NsP Zilina. The mentioned new boiler will be installed in the boiler room, instead of the dismantled ČKD 6 t/h boiler. The new boiler will serve for the production of medium-pressure saturated steam, which will be used for air conditioning heating and technological purposes, in individual objects of FNsP Zilina. When replacing the new boiler with a ČKD 6 t/h flood boiler, the output of the boiler room will decrease. We assume that the current ventilation and the existing exhaust area is satisfactory from the point of view of work safety and will not be interfered with during the reconstruction of the boiler house. Part of the work implementation is the installation of a new water treatment plant to ensure the water quality requirements of the boilers. Accessories boilers is a feed water heat treatment system, a drain and cooling module, a condensate module, a feed pump pump module (2 pumps), a condensate pump pump module (2 pumps) and a condensate quality monitoring module. Stated technology it is further supplemented with a water and condensate treatment plant and an expansion filling machine. The boiler room will be operated with occasional maintenance. According to STN 07 0703, this is a category I gas boiler room, located in a free-standing building, with natural ventilation with 3-fold air exchange, with exhaust surfaces, with natural gas leakage indicators.
