Description:
The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of a new, unrefined and unused device for functional electrostimulation of the upper and lower limbs (hereinafter referred to as "goods") for the Clinic of Physiatry, Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation.
The subject of the contract must be in a flawless state and must match all valid legislation in the territory of the Slovak Republic. An integral part of the contract is transport to the place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery, unpacking and disposal of packaging, handing over the written documents necessary for acquiring the right to the subject of the contract, providing the user's user Documentation for the subject of the contract for the proper and flawless use of the subject of the contract for the set purpose in accordance with all legal regulations, completion and commissioning of the subject of the contract (installation) with the issue of the installation confirmation, testing of functionality and operation delivered subject of the contract, carrying out the first official examination (acceptance exam), professional training of the staff, as well as the provision of an authorized warranty service of 24 months and the implementation of all preventive inspections and inspections set by legal regulations and prescribed by the manufacturer for the offered goods during the warranty period.
