The subject of the contract is the supply and import of food for schools and kindergartens within the jurisdiction of the town of Handlova. Details are given in section "B. Description of the subject of the contract" of the tender documents and in the appendices of these tender documents. The subject of the contract is to ensure the conclusion of a contract for delivery and deliveryfrom food for organizations: Školska Handlova Elementary School, Morovnianska Cesta Elementary School, Mierove namestie Elementary School, SNP Handlova Kindergarten. A separate contract will be signed for each organization involved in occasional joint procurement, separately for each part.
