• Supply of electricity for 2027 and 2028 The subject of the order is the supply of electricity together with distribution and transport services connected with the purchase and supply of electricity for the collection points of the Nitra Autonomous Region, as well as places in the scope of establishment in the time from 01.01.2027 00:00:00 hrs. until 31.12.2028 24:00:00 including the transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier, in quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution network operator, subject to compliance with the applicable of the legislation of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and operating rules of the distribution network operator to the collection points of the public contracting authority. The supply of electricity together with distribution and transport services must be ensured in accordance with Act no. 251/2012 Coll. on energy and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws as amended and pursuant to Act no. 250/2012 Coll. on regulation in network industries as amended later Detailed definition of the subject of the order, incl identification of collection points is given in Part C and Annexes 4a and 4b. tender documents (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order").
