• Supply of electricity for the years 2027 and 2028 Description: The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity together with distribution and transport services connected with the purchase and supply of electricity for the collection points of the Nitra Autonomous Region, as well as taking places in the establishment capacity from 01.01.2027 00:00:00 hrs. until 31.12.2028 24:00:00 including transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier, in quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution network operator, for compliance valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and operating procedures of the distribution network operator to the collection points of the public procurer. The supply of electricity together with distribution and transport services must be secured in accordance with Act no. 251/2012 Coll. on energy and on the amendment and addition of certain laws as amended by later regulations and pursuant to Act No. 250/2012 Coll. on regulation in network industries in the wording of later transcriptions Detailed definition of the subject orders, including the identification of collection points, is given in Part C and Annexes 4a and 4b. tender documents (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order").
