• Description:
• The subject of this public procurement is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DNS") for placing orders for the purchase, supply and distribution of electricity and gas. The contracting authority divided DNS into 2 categories: Category no. 1: Delivery electricity The subject of the orders entered in the DNS within the 1st category will be the provision of the purchase, supply and distribution of electricity to the collection points according to the specific needs of the public contracting authority and recipients for the duration of the DNS, in quality corresponding to the specification stated in the Technical Conditions of the distribution system operator, including assuming responsibility for the deviation and its transportation by the distribution system to the collection points. Category no. 2: Supply of natural gas The subject of orders entered in the DNS within the 2nd category, the provision of services for the purchase, supply and distribution of natural gas according to the specific needs of the public contracting authority and recipients for the duration of the DNS, in a quality corresponding to the specification given in the Technical under the conditions of the distribution system operator, including taking responsibility for the deviation and its transportation by the distribution system to the collection points. The supplier will provide complex services related to regular safe, stable and comprehensive delivery of electricity/natural gas to the collection points, including assuming responsibility for deviations towards the counter of deviations for each collection point and under the conditions stipulated in the Contract/Framework Agreement.
