Supply of electricity, assumption of responsibility for the deviation and provision of electricity distribution for the City of Martin Description: The subject of the order is the supply and distribution of electricity in the volume of 1400 MWh for public lighting - combined electricity supply, ensuring the distribution of electricity and assuming responsibility for the deviation according to Act no. 251/2012 Coll. on energy and on the amendment of certain laws as amended by later regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Act"), Act No. 250/2012 Coll. on regulation in networks sectors and other generally binding legal regulations relating to the field of electric power (hereinafter referred to as "Energy Regulations"), namely to the collection points listed in Appendix no. 1 competition documents. Electricity supply must correspond to the technical conditions and operating procedures of the distribution network operator and must be in accordance with the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic (Act No. 251/2012 Coll. on Energy, URSO Proclamation No. 24/2013 as amended and Government Regulation No. 317/2007 as amended).
