• Description:
• The subject of the order entered within the framework of the dynamic purchasing system is the provision of natural gas supply, including the assumption of responsibility for the deviation and the provision of distribution services for the collection points of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Slovak Republic and 8 regional prosecutor's offices, namely: KP in Bratislava, KP in Trnava, KP in Trenčín, KP in Nitra, KP in Žilina, KP in Banská Bystrica, KP in Prešov and KP in Košice. The delivery will be made to individual collection points of the public contracting authority in accordance with Act no. 251/2012 Coll. on energy and relevant implementing regulations. The subject of the contract mainly includes: • delivery of natural gas in the agreed quantity, • assuming responsibility for the deviation for the procurement points of the public contracting authority, • ensuring the distribution of land gas to all collection points, including securing access to the distribution network, • provision of related services, especially customer support, regular invoicing of natural gas supply and distribution, provision of overviews, reports and electronic communication.
