• Natural gas supply for the year 2027 and 2028 Description: The subject of the order is the supply of natural gas together with distribution and transportation services connected with the purchase and supply of natural gas for the take-off points of the Nitra self-governing region, as well as the take-off points in establishment capacity from 01.01.2027 00:00:00 hrs. until 31.12.2028 24:00:00 including transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier, in quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution network operator, for compliance with applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and operating procedures of the distribution network operator to the collection points of the public procurer. The supply of gas together with distribution and transport services must be ensured in accordance with Act no. 251/2012 Coll. on energy and on the amendment and addition of some laws as amended by later regulations and pursuant to Act no. 250/2012 Coll. on regulation in network industries as amended.
