• SURANY INDUSTRIAL PARK technical public infrastructure Description: The subject of the contract is the complex implementation of the public technical and transport infrastructure of the strategic park "Surany Industrial Park", including land preparation (rough landscaping, removal constructions, felling of trees) and construction of related engineering networks. It includes the establishment of new drinking water distribution systems with a water tank and a central pressure station, a technological water supply from the Nitra River, storm water and storm sewers with a retention tank, technological sewerage and waste water treatment plant with outlet to the river Nitra. It is part of the connection to the VTL gas pipeline and STL distribution network, LV and HV distributions including substations, as well as area optical and low-current distributions. In the road area infrastructure, two new roundabouts on the I/64 road, public roads in the park, sidewalks, cycle paths, bus stops, road drainage, outdoor lighting and landscaping are being implemented. The railway part includes a new siding and a loading bay ZSR station, railway top and bottom, traction lines, safety and signaling devices, garages for moving vehicles, paved areas and modifications of ZST Banov.
