The subject of this contract is construction work within the framework of the construction of the Svidnik WWTP, expansion of sludge stabilization, namely the modernization and expansion of the sludge stabilization system at the Svidnik WWTP, which is used for agglomeration with more than 2,000 equivalent inhabitants (EO) according to the conditions and requirements stated in Part B_Contractual conditions of the tender documents (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the contract" or "construction"). 2.
