Description:
The subject of providing SW maintenance services is:
a) providing updates, security patches and new software versions (part of the maintenance price) to the public contracting authority or a third party authorized by it,
b) ensuring the required response times for the provision of SW maintenance services according to table no. 1,
c) providing summary information to the public contracting authority or a third party authorized by it about the release of new versions of the software or its updates by the manufacturer listed in table no. 2. at least once per quarter, no later than 10 working days after the end of the previous one calendar quarter,
d) telephone or email Helpdesk support (including the Electronic System for Request Management, hereinafter referred to as "ESSP"), including the possibility of escalating the resolution of the incident to the manufacturer.
