Description:
The public contracting authority has decided to use preliminary market consultations (hereinafter referred to as PTK) in accordance with § 25 of the Public Procurement Act.
The subject of the planned order will be: provision of complex professional services of system and application support for operation and ISOH development services
The purpose of preliminary market consultationszultation is informing the market about the description of the subject of the contract and, above all, verifying the reality, objectivity and adequacy of the requirements for the fulfillment of the subject of the contract with relevant and experienced economic entities so that the subsequent public procurement supports open economic competition. At the same time, it hasthe public contracting authority intending to consult certain questions regarding the conditions of the competition (conditions of participation, business conditions of contract fulfillment, etc.) Interested parties will be able to discuss the range of topics that are the subject of PTK with the public contracting authority at a personal meeting.
