Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of complex professional services of system and application support for operation, development and modernization services of the Unified Information System in Road Transport (JISCD) for a period of 45 months from the date of entry into force of the Agreement. In case of exercise of the right of Option to Transitive period, the duration of the Agreement will be extended by a maximum of 3 months (i.e. a total of 48 months), exclusively in the event that the current Provider does not become a successful bidder for the new public procurement for the operation of the JISCD. The transitional period begins on the day following the expiration of the 45-month duration Contract and lasts no more than 3 months, during which time the Provider provides the Knowledge Transfer Service. During the Transition Period, the Provider also provides Flat-rate services in full and Over-flat-rate services depending on the Customer's requirements.
