Description:
System and application support, development services and modernization of the Unified Information System in Road Transport (JISCD) Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of complex professional services of system and application support for operation, development services and modernization of the Unified Information System in Road Transport (JISCD) for a period of 45 months from the date of entry into force of the Agreement. In case of exercise of the right of Option for the Transition Period, the duration of the Agreement will be extended by a maximum of 3 months (i.e. a total of 48 months), exclusively in the event that the current Provider does not become the successful tenderer of the new public procurement for the operation of the JISCD. The transitional period begins on the day following the expiration of 45 months of the duration of the Agreement and lasts a maximum of 3 months, while during this time the Provider provides the Knowledge Transfer Service. During the Transition Period, the Provider also provides Flat-rate services in full and Over-flat services depending on the Customer's requirements.
