• System for HTRB/HTGB/H3TRB tests of executive modules Description: The customer requires equipment for the implementation of the following tests: High temperature reverse bias (HTRB), High temperature gate bias (HTBG), High humidity high temperature reverse bias (H3TRB). Device it must enable the implementation of all three tests continuously for at least 1000 hours within one test. The device must contain a measuring system and a climate chamber. HTRB test must be possible at 3.3 kV voltage between source-drain, or collector-emitter. Considering the time required for the test, the system must be able to measure 80 performance modules simultaneously. The climate chamber must be able to regulate humidity and temperature in the range up to 90 C and at the same time the temperature at 0% humidity up to 180 C.
