Description:
The subject of the order is
- NASP IS technical support, which includes:
a) solving requests sent by the central dispatching (Service Desk),
b) consultations for key users regarding the functionality of the system,
c) cooperation in solving problems related to APV,
d) removing errors (incidents),
e) receiving and the implementation of requests for changes that do not significantly interfere with the functionality of the system in the range of a maximum of 5 ČD per month,
f) installation of new versions of APV.
- NASP IS development, which includes:
a) incorporation of legislative changes,
b) processing of change requirements of the public contracting authority and adjustments in IS NASP in the scope, terms and manner according to part B.1 Description of the subject of the contract of the tender documents.
- Transition for IS NASP under the conditions agreed in part B.2 Business conditions for providing the subject of the contract with tender documents.
