Description:
Telecommunications Services: The subject of the Customers is the establishment and provision of a comprehensive, safe, efficient and economically fuel -efficient electronic communication service (i) of the voice virtual private network (hereinafter referred to as the "HVPS") consisting of voice voices, SMS, MMS, Internet connection in mobile communication facilities, etc. and (ii) of the datal virtual private network (hereinafter referred to as "DVPS"); through the uniform virtual private network (hereinafter referred to as the "VPS") for the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "MoI SR"). The Subject of Ramco's Agreement is also the connection of VPS participants in MV SR to the electronic communication network of the VPS provider and other providers of electronic communication networks pursuant to § 2 of the Act no. 452/2021 Coll.
