- The subject of the contract is the delivery of the coated asphalt mixture, which will be taken by the contracting authority as the Client (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") by its own transport at the point of production of asphalt mixtures (hereinafter referred to as "VAZ") of the Seller 1 or Seller 2. From the following types of asphalt mixtures: pavement AC 8 o 50/70 II and road AC 11 o 50/70 II.
The total volume of fulfillment representing the subject of performance will be between the seller 1 and the seller 2 divided in a ratio of 60:40, in such a way that 60% of the volume of performance is provided by the Seller no. 1 and 40% volume The seller no. 2 evenly during the entire period of fulfillment of the contract (the duration of the contract). The distribution of the volume of performance in the above -mentioned ratio of 60% Seller 1 and 40% Seller 2 applies to the total price as well as the number of tons of individual fractions.
