• Therapeutic X-ray device for orthovoltage therapy The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 piece of therapeutic X-ray device for orthovoltage therapy for the needs of the J. A. Reiman Prešov Faculty Hospital and Polyclinic. Predmet zákazky musí byť nový, nepoužívaný a unrefurbished, in perfect condition and must meet all the requirements of the current legislation of the Slovak Republic for the purposes of use in a medical facility. An integral part of the order is the transport of the object of the order to the agreed place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery, unpacking and disposal of packaging, completion, installation and commissioning of the subject of the contract, including necessary construction modifications directly related to the installation and commissioning of the subject of the contract consisting mainly, but not exclusively, of the modification and adaptation of electrical installation distributions and the requirements arising from Annex no. 1 of the purchase contract, testing the functionality and operability of the subject of the order, handing over the written documents necessary for acquisition of ownership rights to the subject of the contract, provision of user documentation for the subject of the contract, putting the subject of the contract into operation (installation) with the issuance of an installation certificate, training of the public contracting authority's staff on proper use of the subject of the contract with the issuance of a training certificate containing a list of trained personnel of the public contracting authority, as well as the provision or provision of warranty repairs in the event of defects in the subject of the contract in ...
