- Therapeutic X-ray device for orthovoltage therapy Description: The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 piece of therapeutic X-ray device for orthovoltage therapy for the needs of the J. A. Reiman Presov Faculty Hospital and Polyclinic. The subject of the order must be new, unused and not refurbished, in perfect condition and must meet all the requirements of the applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic for the purpose of use in a medical facility. An inseparable part of the order is the transport of the object of the order to the agreed place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery, unpacking and disposal of packaging, completion, installation and putting the object of the order into operation, including necessary construction modifications directly related to the installation and commissioning of the object of the order into operation remaining at least, but not exclusively with the modification and adjustment of electrical wiring and requirements arising from Annex no. 1 of the purchase contract, testing the functionality and operability of the subject of the order, handing over the written documents necessary for acquisition of ownership rights to the subject of the contract, provision of user documentation for the subject of the contract, putting the subject of the contract into operation (installation) with the issuance of a certificate of installation, training of the public procurement personnel on proper use of the subject of the contract with the issuance of a confirmation of training containing a list of trained personnel of the public procurer, as well as the provision or provision of warranty repairs in the event of defects in the subject of the contract during the warranty period, including regular safety and electrical checks according to the manufacturer's recommendations and the current legislation of the Slovak Republic during the entire warranty period.
