Tire service and year-round tire storage Description: The subject of the order is the provision of tire service services, including maintenance and repair, year-round tire storage, including spare parts and the delivery of tires used for tire service and work performed provision of other related services on motor vehicles and connected vehicles of the financial administration. The public contractor requires tire service for all types of official motor vehicles, i.e. j. changing wheels (tyres, disks, valves), repair of defects, balancing, inflation, ecological disposal of used tires, cleaning, preserving, packing, filling tires and adjusting the geometry of the axles. The public procurer requires the year-round storage of tires for the types of vehicles and, if necessary, the supply of new ones (not driven) homologated tires. The detailed specification of the subject of the contract is given in the Competition documents, Volume III. Description of the subject of the order. The subject of the order in its entirety is described in such a way that it is precisely and clearly specified. Accnectors from parameters used, or the range of parameters identifies a specific type of product or service, or a product of a specific manufacturer, the public procurer may replace such product or service with an equivalent product/service or an equivalent technical solutions under the condition that the equivalent product / service or equivalent technical solution will meet the utility, operational and functional characteristics that are necessary to ensure the purpose for which the services or technologies and devices are provided designated. In the case of products and services, accessories of a specific brand/specific procedure, the applicant can also submit equivalents of another brand/procedure in the same or higher quality.
