Toll services Description: The subject of the order is the provision of Services to the Customer in connection with ensuring the collection of Tolls, which are defined in these Tender documents, including: a) Preparation of the Provider for the provision of Services in Phase 1 - Preparation, b) Trial operation of the Services, c) Customer services. Provided directly to the Customer (Front-office) through individual channels of Customer Services, ii. The services will carry out the agenda of managing relations with the Customers (Back-office), iii.
