• Description:
• The subject of the order is construction work on the reconstruction of a dormitory building used for occasional accommodation. The subject of the reconstruction is the replacement of all facade opening fillings and the insulation of the building. The roof shell of the building was reconstructed in the previous period and insulated, so it is not, with the exception of plumbing work and a lightning rod, the subject of this reconstruction. As part of the reconstruction of the interior spaces, layout changes of the accommodation spaces, reconstructed electrical installation, weak current, health technology, central heating and air conditioning. New fire protection of the building will be implemented for the building - the building will be equipped with electric fire alarm and voice fire alarm. It will also be part of the reconstruction a renovated kitchen with a food counter and a complete replacement of the property's gas boiler technology, including the substation and MaR system. In addition to the dormitory building, the reconstructed boiler room supplies heat to the adjacent warehouse building and PHM warehouse. That's why it will be as part of the reconstruction work, the underground heat pipe to the warehouse building was also replaced.
