• Topoľčianky, Central logistics warehouse, Barracks, building reconstruction Description: The subject of the contract is construction work on the reconstruction of a dormitory building, used for occasional accommodation. The subject of the reconstruction is the replacement of all facade opening fillings insulation of the object. The building's stress layer was reconstructed and insulated in the previous period, so it is not the subject of this reconstruction, with the exception of plumbing work and a lightning rod. As part of the reconstruction of the interior spaces, layouts will be implemented changes to the accommodation premises, reconstructed electrical installation, weak current, health technology, central heating and air conditioning. New fire protection of the building will be implemented for the building, the building will be equipped with electric fire signaling and by the voice signaling of the fire. As part of the reconstruction, the kitchen with the food outlet will also be reconstructed and a complete replacement of the building's gas boiler technology, including the substation and the MaR system, will be carried out. The reconstructed boiler room supplies heat in addition to the dormitory building and the adjacent warehouse building and PHM warehouse. Therefore, as part of the reconstruction work, the underground heat pipe to the warehouse building will also be replaced. The implementation of construction works will take place during the operations of the area. The construction will consist of construction works of objects: SO 01 - Dormitory object 001.
