• Topoľčianky, Central logistics warehouse, reconstruction of thermal management Description: The subject of the order is construction work on the reconstruction of the area boiler room, as part of which the technology of the main gas boiler room will be completely replaced, as well as the technology replacement heat source, which is currently a coal-fired boiler, and this will be replaced by a new technology for burning pellets in combination with wood stove. Along with the reconstruction of the boiler room, the heat substation and the system will also be completely reconstructed measurements and regulation, as well as the technical infrastructure for the operation of the boiler room. Outside the building of the boiler room, the heat distribution pipes to the individual heated objects will be completely replaced, where the existing above-ground distribution systems will be dismantled, including the underlying structure and mostly following the same route, they will be replaced by an underground pipe distribution of heat from pre-insulated steel pipes.
